What is the MBSR?
Mindful HR Consulting offers Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction which is an 8-week practical, participant-centred approach to stress management and personal development, established at the University of Massachusetts in 1979. To date, it is the longest standing, most successful and well-researched stress reduction programme in the world.

Who is this programme for?

The programme is suitable for people:
- From diverse backgrounds, ages, interests and levels of well-being.
- Who feel that the ‘’pace of life’’ is just out of control or they are ‘’just not feeling right’’ and want to bring joy back into their lives.
- Want to invest in their personal growth and development.
- Simply want to learn how to live more mindfully at work and in life.

What is included and how does it work?

2.5 hourly weekly sessions, over eight consecutive weeks
1 Half-day practical session
Daily practical application of tools and exercises to practice and deeply embed the skills, techniques and insights into your life and work.
A 30 min Pre-course meeting, to conduct an assessment and discuss the course in more detail.
